Today we pack our bags and in a breath we are leaving for Chile. For me this chapter is very special because it gives me the opportunity to travel again, albeit through words, to the country where I lived for 3 years and that I will always carry in my heart.

In addition, I have the pleasure of chatting with the wonderful Alicia Ortiz, who leads the global wine tourism project of the first wine exporting country in the new world. To the envy of many other destinations, Chile has stood out for receiving a majority of those international visitors that are so desired in other regions.
